Chef Fimy learned her craft from the best teacher of all, her mother. Growing up in    Aleppo, Syria Chef Fimy followed closely as her mom prepared meals for family dinners  and gatherings. Chef Fimy moved to the United States in 1981, and after working in  several other kitchens perfecting her cuisine and mastering the use of new world and  old world tastes and flavors,  opened up her flagship ‘Fimy’s Kitchen’ location in the  Albrecth’s Farmer’s Market in Narberth, PA in 1993. In 1995 a second location opened  in the Merion Station neighborhood of the Main Line.  In 2006, Fimy closed her  locations on the Main Line and moved her operations to Toronto, Canada. In Toronto,  Chef Fimy was the executive chef at a facility that included capacity for 1200 guests, a  diner, and a 100 person restaurant. Chef Fimy provided exquisite meals for events like  the Advanda Wedding Show, Lady of Lebanon dinner with 700 guests, Society of  Manufacturing Engineers Convention, and numerous weddings and joyful celebrations.

Chef Fimy has returned to the Greater Philadelphia Area and is providing mouthwatering meals for all types of occasions. She aspires to deliver levels of excellence in her culinary works using her 22 years of experience and modern methods and flavors.
